Roseann Harrington, M.B.A.

With more than 25 years experience in marketing, communications, operations, and training, Roseann Harrington understands critical connections between word, image and message.

In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Community Relations with Orlando Utilities Commission, Harrington ensures OUC’s nationally recognized brand, “The Reliable One.”

Partnering with national and regional industry agencies, local government, media and community leaders, Harrington works to expand the reach of OUC’s messages of conservation and a focus on the future of clean energy.

In addition to her work as a guest lecturer on corporate branding, leadership, building community outreach programs and gaining customer support, she has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for area non-profit agencies through board work and donor event management.

In 2008, the Orlando Business Journal named Harrington one of Central Florida’s Top 10 “Women Who Mean Business” for her successful corporate branding efforts at OUC. She has also received the Metropolitan Orlando Urban League’s Dr. James R. Smith Award for outstanding humanitarianism and been named Downtowner of the Year by the Downtown Orlando Partnership for contributing to the growth of Orlando’s central business district.

Harrington earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans and a master’s degree in business administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business in Florida.
